I dunno but if your name is in red and you're NOT an admin,
that probably means you just searched your screen name
with the search button.
Other than that, I'm not sure.  

And I'm not sure how we can increase the number of new threads.
Maybe it's because some people (including me)

I think it's red because you checked your own profile. When you click a link here, said link goes red. X's is white because you may not have checked his profile.

how do you get the writing above your rank, like X's says RETIRED Administer and Oli's says Tech Support and Mod, and Grumpy's says Mid Lane Carry. Is it mod-only thing or can you change it yourself, or do you need some other requirement?

If you want the rank image (in your case, the badge that says SUPER)
to be the same but the title above it to change from
supercody4039 to something else, I can quickly change that for you.
