Well, I was thinking of drawing Oran earlier.  

man, am i glad i'm not an artist, way less commitment   

...actually, the time it takes me to finish a story probably evens things out a bit   1 of these days i'll have to start making FanFics for something else...1 of these days...   no wait, i'm still not done with the excessively long series of FF stories that's getting more awful dramatic by the chapter

It's actually fun to do both,
But it's hard to draw something your writing about or vise versa...   



I feel like w101 lacks something that could make good art...
Maybe that's just me...

But it seems like it's hard to create a backstory for a character,
Which makes it hard to have a truly stunning picture...

It seems like all the characters are doing the same thing,
Nothing really special...

I just remembered when i played it i would walk around trying to beat things, but i never had a purpose...

Even if ff when i didn't do missions i still had a purpose...

And that gave my character a background...



Like you i also search the art when i go into a fandom...
And it can make all the difference...

For example there can be a character that isn't that great   
But when i see the fan art,
i fall in love...   :moon: 


Maybe it'd be different if i played the game now..   
But that's just from my memory...

Just a possible reason why there isn't as much art..

Glory, i'm not an art person, and nor do i have the patience for a billion failures   

some odd weeks ago i even made an attempt at half-decent art...that didn't go so well because my expectations and tolerance for failure can't handle the frustration of nothing coming out even remotely how it looks in my head   ...if only there was some magical way for a mental image to form upon the canvas  

makes it's the lack of emotion in the player characters, and how concrete the story is

And yeah, i wouldn't blame the artists...
But it's something with the game...

well they sure know how to make an unbelievable joke   

but if that was actually possible then you'd expect to find a lot of dirty mental images making their way into digital pictures

It may seem tempting, but it's what you must NEVER do! Grumpy went there last year, that's what got him to make those 17 3/4+ drawings. Luckily we got him to the med-center as soon as it was rebuilt (We were giving X a blindfold operation, meaning he had to take off his old one), and now he's back to his usual Tahno-like personality.
