| ******************************* HIGHLIGHT THE TEXT IN THE SPOILER BOXES TO VIEW IT********************************************* So i haven't been on wizard101 since nov. month and about last month i decided to check in. My password wasn't working and between me and you my password was very simple. Seen that one coming miles away lol yet i never fixed it. Anyways i understand why my account was compromised so i emailed wizard101 They sent me this response - 1st Response:

If you firmly believe that your account has been "hacked" or compromised, please provide us with: Please note we need all of the following
* your username * your complete billing address including street address,city, state and zip code * your ip address from www.whatismyip.com
Depending on your method of payment one of the following
If you pay by credit card; * the last 4 digits of your credit card on file
If you pay by Paypal * the 32 digits "Invoice ID" from the most recent paypal transaction
Lastly *the name of the main character *the original email address associated with the account *the approximate date/time you noticed a change in the account or couldn't access the account
Once provided, we will further investigate the situation.
In our experience accounts are "Compromised" not "Hacked" meaning that account information was shared which resulted in the account being used by an unauthorized person.
An account is typically "Compromised" because the player of the account shared account details/information with someone (either in game, YouTube, Facebook, etc). While we understand your concern, please note that the player is fully responsible for all activities conducted on their account. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for use of their password to gain access to their account and their account information. If they disclose their password to any other person, it is at their own risk. Per our Terms of Use (linked at the bottom of this message): “Specifically you agree not to do any of the following... (11) solicit, provide or exchange any personal information, including but not limited to user names or passwords..."
Until our investigations are complete, the account will be suspended to prevent any further tampering that may occur and to protect the account's integrity. This is merely done for your safety and security; we hope you understand. Please note, if we find your account in violation of the Terms of Use, we will also sanction it along with the "hacker's" account.
We greatly appreciate your patience in this matter. Let us know if you have other questions or concerns.

Please make a brand new password. Do NOT set it to the original password.
If you use this same password for other accounts (i.e. email, Facebook, etc.), you may want to take a moment and change those as well.

Regards, KingsIsle Support Overall it was a good experience with them. Take into account it was a reply a day from KI. Not fast but it was satisfying. I logged into my account and i noticed about 20 new friends that i didnt know. I had to delete them all. I also noticed some objects we out of place in my house which i didnt really bother to fix. I didnt notice anything else tampered with.The person who comprimised my account also deleted Undelos for some reason lol. So swing me your True Friend code when you get the chance undelos and i will add you back:) |

| You ever had one of those times where you hear your friends tell their problems online, but you end up taking it personally as well? Guess i've been on here too long with you guys. Super glad you got your account back. I was wondering why I couldnt find your name in my list anymore. You know that time you said that the game would get super hard to the point that soloing it would become near impossible? Lets just say, before I was naive in thinking you were overexaggerating. I know better now. Hope I don't ever find out who hacked your account. . . . |

| Thanks And wizard101 is only going to get more difficult. Go around and ask people for help with a quest. Your going to have to rely more on friends cause the game is going to get really hard. The best gear in the game is the waterworks gear. You will get the quest soon and I recommend grinding that dungeon |

| And then there's my lack of crowns, which someone hasn't done anything about for the past week or so. I was hoping to spend my 2 weeks of Easter playing Wizard101. I'm on my final week. |
