(This Character is not a main character or anything, just wanted to test my dramatic scene work)

ok so here's a preview of my comic that I'll be working on every month when I decide to start,  so it'll be 20 pages a month, I'll be charging 100 points on devart but I won't charge the members on here.


whoever wants a to read the chapters when they come out on devart just has to pm me and I'll send them the zip with the pages.




so yeah,  the pages would look like this. Depending on how many people like it like this will make me either start sooner or later.  


So it's going to be an action,  but there are gonna be some hidden stuff with each chapter, and things wont be what they seem,  or they will. Not everyone can be trusted.


Basically the story goes,  Humans who didn't want to wait for a god turned people into gods,  one per village, like mayors. That 1 person would be the villages personal servant and would grant their desires, each would become practically immortal, if they did die they'd be reincarnated instantly and would never be able to have their soul rest on the other side with their loved ones. 2 gods however decide that humans should never have godlike powers and set out to steal their powers and turn them back into humans.


lol well there's going to be more to it than that.   

No it's not ff related but that's because this was the story I wanted to write since I got into drawing and mangas.

So, I'm guessing this is your comic from that Xtreme comic thread, right? If you know what I mean, and I'm not sure anyone does. As for my thoughts on the first page:



Guess it's because it's in black and white and I prefer colour.  But hey, it's only the 1st page. There are still a gazillion pages to go.

I remember the comics I made as a kid lasting only 15. Good luck.

I can see the manga style in it...It looks awesome!    

I wish i could draw like you guys... But whatever, i'm satisfied with my story telling skills.

It's Cerberus' brother. Or it's just something Grumpy thought up because that's how his mind works. Or it's some South American horror story. Or it's because this is a manga, and manga's are generally from Japan, and we all know what Japan's like.

well when I was thinking about her being surrounded by black fire it reminded me of mabinogi hell hounds.

lol still,  99 cents sounds too cheap for what I read from your book, it was really good,  you should at least go to 10 dollars lol I mean who doesnt have 10 dollars.


still depending on how many are made who knows what printing costs. I saw a video about how the whole thing with printing is done, wasn't as cheap as I thought it would be.

nah she wrote a book, and it was really good so she should raise the price, and because she would end up wasting more cash making them then receiving , so it would be like she payed people to read her book.

oh i'm not publishing that one yet hahahaha
that one WILL be more expensive, like 10$ or something...

but Amazon.com has this thing called Kindle Singles.
where basically you can self publish a short story (basically anything from 10 to 100 pages, and the price depends on how well known you are and how big it is and stuff)
plus they're only e-books, so you don't have to pay to get it printed, that's why they're so much cheaper

so that's what i'm going to do for that...
but then at least i'll have something published before i graduate   




but yes, i'm a novel writer dragoon, not a comic person xD hahahahahaa
i can't draw for money....

at least in comic styles...

what i'll do, is i'll have like pictures at the chapter headings for my books, because i really like those... the ones in the septimus heap books are pretty cool, my style is actually based off of those a little now that i think about it

yeah i technically haven't finished anything yet, but maybe i'll write another chapter of the story tonight... then finish by the weekend... then edit and have people read it and help me fix it and stuff.. then publish it


oh don't forget making a cover for it o.o
i'll probably take a picture or something...
drawing a cover seems too stressful...

so all in all i'll probably get it really published by the end of june


maybe if i can make enough money on it,
i might not have to get a job this summer xP hahaha
