Remember that "Fusionfall Champions" situation we had a while back? Well, I randomly decided to search "Fusionfall" on CN's site to see if the Champions thing was still there. Aaaand, it wasn't.  

BUT!

I did find something of possible interest:

As you can see from the above picture, Fusionfall seems to still be listed on the site! Unfortunately, both results just redirect you to Fusionfall Heroes. 

It's been almost a year since FF closed, you would think they would have deleted the links by now. This means there might still be hope for us!  (Or I guess CN might just be lazy. Yeah, it's probably that...)

They're probably just lazy.  

And there's a very slim chance that Fusionfall will come back, so don't put your hopes up. 
And the Revive movement will probably only convince CN to bring back Fusionfall if they get an overwhelming amount of supporters. Like, a lot.

Yeah, we had something like this earlier in the year.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure they will never bring FF back. We just don't have enough people...

Like I said, we need an angry mob with pitchforks and torches... LOL

In all seriousness I'm just not sure it will come back... :/

And well, honestly i don't know what to think...

One  thing, is that, though this topic has come up before,
it was for fusionfall champions...
But see i don't think they're lazy,
Because if cn was lazy, the fusionfall champions would still be up.
But this time it's fusionfall.

But,
I'm not necessarily saying this means they're bringing it back,
It just means that they're doing something.
It could be anything from a memorial type thing to the game with the good ol' "thanks for playing"
Or it could just be that they always have it on the database,
(why delete a product when there are things you can use?)
And the search engine needs at least two things to pop up when you search so it goes for whatever is accessable?

And while we're on the topic,
I know you're all going to hate me,
But as much as i'd be willing to help
(if someone looked at my idea as oli would say)

When it comes down for it,
I think people just want ff to come back for nostalgia...

Think about it,
I'm all for it coming back,
But i'd make my character,
Wander around
Take pictures
Think of the memories...

But all in all, i'm a changed person since the game
And the people i played it with changed...

Even during my play time, which wasn't very long,
I realized it was losing more and more appeal,

The people weren't as witty
No one was appreciating my humor,
And suddenly all my friends were gone and it all seemed kinda pointless..






I guess what i'm trying to say,
Is that recreating it is all well and good

But maybe ff died for a reason,
To leave a legacy while it still could,
Instead of just fading into abandonment...


Maybe they tried to save it,
But realized the best way to save it was in the hearts of the players?

They might have left it there on purpose. Maybe just for the memories, because i'm pretty sure the CN team enjoyed fusionfall just as much as we did...

Then again, they probably are too lazy to take it off.    I still wonder why they had all this hype for fusionfall heroes then they suddenly stopped updating it.

For a very long time it was there leading to nothing but then one day they changed it to lead to fusionfall heroes. I say they had plenty chances to remove it but who knows what they are doing with it.

I still think Fusionfall Heroes was only quickly thrown together when they made up their mind about removing Fusionfall. The game has absolutely nothing more to offer then what was promised from the start to happen clearly because they never planned anything more with it. The game might only be just around til they release their next new biggest mmo. That could be maybe a new Fusionfall game or maybe a real deal good Fusionfall Heroes and this is just an early beta version of an early alpha OR maybe it is not even Fusionfall at all but a different big CN crossover. No one can tell if they have anything and if they do what could it be.

I'm going to pretend no one responded to my earlier post...

I wonder if we could get CN to tell us why they left fusion fall...

I think it would be difficult to even get in proper contact with CN.
But my guess is not enough people were playing so that
even advertisement money wasn't enough for maintenance costs in
the long run. Not a good enough reason in my opinion though.

Did they even think to advertise FF on their channel/again?
It would seriously make a difference if they get millions of viewers on their own channel,
or even just a few thousand. (Word gets out fast and stuff.)
I don't see how they couldn't fit a fairly short FF advert between shows.

And if 'there's nothing new' was the problem for not advertising again, (bad excuse)
then an 'FF is relaunching!' advert would spark a lot of interest I would have thought...
Especially for younger generations that never got to try the game.
