so what happened was I noticed my shading on the cheek and face kept tricking my eye, so when I fixed it the face turned into something I loved again.

Well I always get lazy when I'm coloring and try to keep it to 2 color shades, but this one I really tried and the other one in my signature.

I havent drawn in a while and when I dont draw for more then a few days I get the bad case of the dumb hand. where it takes me about 4 or 5 drawings to get back into it.

Does that ever happen to you when you have to work instead of draw?

Grumpy, I don't see much difference between the character in your current
signature and this one.

Is it the bloom effect colouring? (I think I had to look closer to see it. My screen is like 2 feet away
at this current posture.)
If so, I think that's the future.
Shame I can't even do a standard coloured drawing.  
(And I have a graphics tablet...so this is embarrassing.
But because this is the great Grumpy's work... I'm not embarrassed.   )
Doesn't matter if you use pencils, brushes or a tablet, grumpy will
always rival you at worst, and annihilate your art at best.

and this time I decided to not do that.



and getting rid of the cheek shade made it feel like the face was better, dont know how to explain it. it looked like a skinnier face with the shade I guess.
