Here's a prototype drawing of the Xtremists HQ building:

Needs to be greatly improved (maybe taller and more robust looking) but it's not a bad start.
Kinda reminds me of the KND tree house.

I think I once imagined a design like this.

I would not want to slip and fall. So many pointy objects.

Actually the second image you posted, Glory,
isn't that bad of an idea for the S.A.C.T. lab facility.

But as for the S.A.C.T. building (whether all the labs are there or elsewhere)
I think would look something like this:
