Quick tutorial: text version:

1. Press the print screen key on your keyboard.
2. Paste it into Paint.
3. File > Save as > name it and save it as a .PNG or .JPG (.PNG is higher in quality.)

You may want to crop the image.

Then 4. post the image by clicking this icon when you post a post ----->
Then upload it, (you can resize it if necessary also)
copy the image URL link
and then click this icon ------>
and then paste the link and it will work.

I think I might get a new pic of my character sometime. I've had that pic of me on the highest crow's nest of that pirate ship in Orchid Bay for quite a long time.

I still dont get how you guys make your characters so close up I did all of this and the pic is normal how do you zoom in pic in paint.net

Find the right angle, scroll + CTRL to zoom the game to extreme magnifications
and then press the + sign to make sure the zooming is at the highest possible.
Finding the right angle can make a massive difference in
detail and character size.

@Officer, no problem. It's just I have no time and it's kinda annoying making such a basic video.

X are you sure you cant make a video on how to do it. It would help me a lot

lol i use screencastomatic hange to hypercam since it records in game sounds or pc.I could make the video but x edits his really well snipping tool is only on win 7 i think rite X never seen it on vista

Processor?

X thats confusing here download Screencastomatic or any of those x said go in game set region click record if you have an editor save it then edit then uplload it to youtube

You know, he could just look on YouTube how to record games.

My old laptop was a blue Advent (Can't remember what version. I chose blue cause it was my favourite colour back then. My fav colour now is red which is why I'm saving up for a red 3DS). If only I could travel back in time... Anyway, now I've got a crummy old Toshiba.

Now, I was thrilled when I got this 2nd hand laptop cause I thought:

"Oh cool! A Toshiba! From my experiences from my mum and dad's laptops (Both Toshibas.), this will be great for gaming!"

Sometimes it's like technology just hates me... Kinda like how my Wii used to crash sometimes...

Zoom in, then take the pic.

I do it all the time
Then I keep size in paint . net Move it around get a good pic save it then upload to avatar..

I think snipping tool works the best. Plus you can add your personal touch also, Ray come to the battle thread.

Well as said, I believe Bandicam works the best, then I use Picasa to add detail etc to the image.
