Hello people, While I was with 10zone3 today Ty warped to 10zone and we got talking. Anyway thanks to Ty I discovered this forum.

I am known to many people as a scammer, I want to make it clear that I only scam if I have good reason to(normally being that the target I scan either scanned me or scammed someone else) If I scammed a person and they can show that all my reasons for scamming are wrong and prove it I will give back what I scammed.

So now on from that, my YouTube is Zanezeroqwe and my Fmhq is Ben The Fuzion.

Before Fusion Fall Central went down I was a Moderator on the side, many peoples afterwords claimed I was a horrible Moderator so I'll go with their not my opinion, I was a horrible Moderator.

I have two questions for this forum:
•Is trading accounts allowed
•Is naming names in a negative way allowed?

I meant negative things as in saying someone scammed you with proof not saying a bunch of cuss words at someone

As far as the trading accounts thing......It has been done before. It's not perferred because anyone's email is tied DIRECTLY to any FusionFall avatar/ CN account so that brings up serious Privacy Issues. I mean, what happens if a kid thinks that there is no harm in trading their account but not be fully aware that it is THEIR PARENTS email that is tied to the account? What if that same email account was used to set up their Bank account?

That could be VERY BAD especially if the wrong kind of person gets ahold of that information.

But, (and this is a big 'BUT')

If it is your OWN email then I could see it work out. Of course anyone could lie to us and claim that it is their OWN email and that they wont have any privacy problems.

So, personally,
I dont know.

I probably wouldn't be bothered about it but since there are still kids out there that do not fully understand the importance of having their parents email on the account versus their own, I dont think that would be allowed too much here.





and as for your second question, are you saying that if there is someone that is suspected of being a scammer, would it be okay to say so here???

If that is your question then I honestly go both ways on that.

Reason Being:
They could always just make an account and explain their actions and work it out with their accusers.

That's the way I see it.
Yeah its pretty bad to accuse someone of such horrible crimes but this is a forum after all. If its a problem, then they can come and talk it out.

However, you can trade accounts if you take full responsibility.
(Xtreme FusionFall isn't responsible for any losses of accounts, etc.)

Accusing someone of being a scammer is allowed
as this allows for people to be wary of offenders but obviously,
just be respectful.

Bad Post: 'This idiot scammer, his/her name is, --------- scammed me and my friends
so don't even talk to him I hope he goes to heck.'

Respectable post: 'I'm reporting -------- as being a scammer. He/she scammed me and my friends.
Be cautious when trading with him/her.'

The second isn't really a strict thing since you'd have to follow basic forum rules anyway. (Being as polite as reasonably possible.)
