It is the most overrated indie game I have ever seen its not even scary! All I did was shout ''####'' When I lost.. Not even scary I think I find my Dog more scary...

I like to think that Alan Wake is more thrilling........but the meme of slenderman is chilling in itself. Do a search on dA for slenderman and I GUARANTEE YOU, you're gonna find some chilling stuff.

i watched someone play slenderman and i got scared out of my mind. the guy playing it was just hilarious everytime he ran into slenderman, but the game itself to me is scary. will never play it. period.

I've never really played it... But if it's supposed to be scary... Yeah, even at 16 I still get scared easily. A couple nights ago I dreamed about zombies! And I have no idea why... Same for the night before that I dreamed about giant robots! Man, that dream was epic...

OMG amnesia is on a different level! watched that game cause i heard ppl talking about it on the internet and i was freaked!!

i have a gamestop rewards account and that game was in my suggestions box. i laughed and said "hell no!"

I agree, Amnesia is probably more scary.....and even then it's only scary if you play with your volume up maybe with earphones and in the dark.
Dead space 2 is scary if you do the, same thing especially if it's your first, time playing...if you've played before ...the effects will be repetitive and expected and just not scary lol.
For me, scares don't make a game, I personally just want good:
Atmosphere, graphics, game play mechanics, oh and a good story.

I think the scariest game I have is Luigi's Mansion. Which, as I'm sure you all know, isn't really scary at all.

When I first got Spyro: A Hero's Tail back in 2004, I got up to the Crocovile Swamp and never liked it cause I was 8 or 9 and terribly scared of spiders. That's what put me off the game for a few years.

oh i agree. if a game has an interesting story line and mechanics, i'm hooked. i mostly play fantasy, adventure and rpg games. i have two racing games and one first person shooter which i suck at but still am willing to play. one of my top fave games is God of War. i'm playing the first one and i will admit, it is scary when monsters pop up from nowhere because i'm a big scardy cat but it's still awesome.

oh this game may not be scary to those with more of a backbone than me, but my friend let me borrow alice madness returns. i played it for an hour and it felt like i was on acid and meth at the same time lolz. it's still good from what little i've played. the creatures you fight are creepy though.

My cousin (Hes like 20 or 19 I forget hehe) He has amnesia but his computer cant run it neither can mine I got really ticked off because I bet in our entire family we dont even have a computer that can run amnesia

Don't ask if my computer will run Amnesia. So far, the only 2 3D games that work well on Steve are Toontown and Formula Cartoon. And some PC games... Some.

maybe the computer was scared of the game ^^ technology can feel emotion lol

Look I have to say its hard for me to get scared... Dead Space 2? COME ON! I always expected it to jmup out at you because thats what Horror games are like!

@Hom, only with the volume high with earphones in the dark on your first time.
I don't play because is not my type of game and it's a little repetitive with corridors and such. I find dead rising 2 a bit more fun but I party neither of them really.
High blood pressure isn't good for you so you shouldn't really past horror type games but whatever.
