Your Favourite Game Series

Yeah, another bored post. Post your fav game series here! Mine are:

- Spyro (Original, not LoS)
- Super Mario (I'm sure everyone here knows I like Mario!)
- Pikmin
- Super Smash Bros.
- Pokemon
- Legend of Zelda
- Sonic
- Kingdom Hearts

If you want to be more specific (This is optional btw), you can say which games you've played in that series. And if you want to be as precise as James May, you can underline you're favourite game in that series. Like mine are:

- Spyro - Spyro the Dragon, Gateway to Glimmer, Year of the Dragon, Enter the Dragonfly, A Hero's Tail and Shadow Legacy
- Super Mario - Super Mario Bros., Luigi's Mansion, Super Mario Sunshine, New Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Galaxies 1 & 2
- Pikmin - Just Pikmin 1
- Super Smash Bros. - Brawl
- Pokemon - Yellow and Colosseum
- Legend of Zelda - Phantom Hourglass
- Sonic - Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Heroes
- Kingdom Hearts - KH1. I think the 2nd one as well, but my memory's not brilliant.

So, yeah. That's my boredness in a nutshell. Even though it's 4 am and I should be asleep...

Kingdom Hearts- 1 - 2
Super Smash Bros - Brawl
Silent Hill 1 - Downpour
Pokemon Red/Blue - Black/White
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1 - 3
Soulcalibar 1 - 5
God Of War 1 - 3
The Saw Games (They sucked but they where funny to play)
Some Horror Games...
Cry Of Fear
Amnesia (All of them)
Slenderman (SUCKED!)
Enthusia or something forgot the name
Legend of Zelda (All kinds)
Star Fox 64
Metal Gear Solid 1 - 3 (Aint played 4)

Favorite Series:

Okami and Spyro the Dragon.

Funny story:

I got Kingdom Hearts at the same time I got Okami. It was my mother's idea to get KH since she saw Donald Duck and goofy on the cover.
I was already leaning on the dislike scale with KH but I knew It was important to give it a try before I offically shun the game.

So! We get home and I put off playing KH to play Okami. Okami was the game that I had wanted so I was eager to play this first.

It is IMPORTANT to note that before I played Okami, I've really only played Spyro, StarFox Adventures and random other stuff so the standard of genuine gold gameplay and gripping storyline was SOOOPER ULTRA LOW compared to what I think of it now.

I've never played a more Meaningful game in my life. Where all games are like just mere games, OKAMI IS A GOLDEN NOVEL.

I honestly didnt think games could be like this.

Another way to explain it:
I had a friend of mine play it. He loves the game Legend of Mana and whatever else. Also plays Team Fortress 2 nonstop.

I told him of Okami and he agreed to play.
On the day he finished, I asked him how it was.

He said he cried "Man Tears" at the end.
THAT. Is the power of Okami.

I played halfway in, and then remembered that I still had to play Kingdom Hearts.
So I put it in.........................and it was a flatliner.

It just felt like just another Video Game.

Honestly, If I would have just played it BEFORE I played Okami, I would have a different opinion of it.

I DO, However have MADD respect for Sora.

If ANYONE has the tolerance, resolve, patience, and willpower to deal with the situation that he was written in.................then you are a madd boss in my eyes.

Found out last week that in the development for KH he didnt start out with a Keyblade BUT INSTEAD A NASTY CHAINSAW SWORD.

The chainsaw baddness was replaced with a blunt, unsharpened keyblade.

Sora.
You were delt a ## hand.................but you went about your duties as a hero like a Pro.

You have my respect.

Im actually glad they gave him a Key...And seeing as he was gonna be a Lion aswell

I mean the Chainsaw Blade idea is to overused I mean tons of games have somebody with a Chainsaw/Sword

And as for Okami... Good show Good show I might get the HD remake for PS3. Although I didnt like the Fighting style to... Something about it annoyed me but it was a good game.

Did you get Kingdom Hearts 1 or 2?

almost all n64 games
fire emblem series ........ there is more i think but i can't remember

here are mine:

Kingdom hearts: 1 and 2 (don't have other systems)
Jak and Daxter: all but daxter (don't have PSP)
Sly Cooper: all (can't wait for Thieves in Time)
Ratchet and Clank: all on PS2 (plan on getting future series)

and that's it, really good series, i would put stuff like spyro, but my old disks for those are too scratched up for me to play, and i don't even have ripto's rage

halo series i like to build things on forge and find glitchs and easter eggs mostly

Well honestly, the "blunt object" isn't the only thing that I find is the problem I don't want to elaborate to avoid bashing the game since there are soooooo many fans here and I'm just a tiny minority of one.

I tried the first one obviously. I detest playing or watching ANYTHING out of order.
Like I said, I gave it a noble shot out of respect.

I just wasn't happy with it.
