Locked-In Nano Kineticizer (Not sure if word Kineticizer can be made since it's SOOOO not a word...)
This Kinetizer funtion has the ability, once locked on, can remotely accelerate the speed of molecular bonds so long as they are fragments of nanotechnology. This ability can result in several outcomes. It can be used to heat objects up, It can even cause the molecular bonds in targeted objects to break apart at their molecular bonds. Of course some objects will have different strenghts in their bonds and some will be harder to break than others. Some targets will actually combust and burn up once their molecules are accelerated. Others will instead, change their properties entirely resulting in a targeted object changing from one form to another.
This also opens the ability to heat the surrounding air itself. The smallest target that can be locked on to must be atleast two nanometers big. Once locked on, the molecule will then begin to vibrate thus bumping into other molecules, transfering it's kinetic energy into other molecules. Two vibrating molecules becomes four, then to eight and so on until one will begin to notice a sharp increase in the overall air temperature.
That's just a bit of my brainstorming for you since you made such a sweet picture.
