Guys, you are not listening to me at all. This isn't the work of hackers, and NPC hack has literally no effect on server-side data, such as Dracula appearing for everyone. There is no word from Sinsiter as to what happened, though they implemented a quick fix for spamming and the respawn rate of the Soulo Shells.

It's about time they fixed the respawn time for the Soulo Shells. Only 2 of my characters ever got the Numbuh Two Nano after the expansion.

Even though spamming can still lag and even make chat disappear, it only takes 30 seconds of no spam for the chat to catch up and process all the messages. Chat no longer goes out for days on end.
