As many of you may agree, one of the main reasons of joining FusionFall was the fact that the character creation
process is more advanced than a lot of MMOs out there; ok maybe not ADVANCE, I mean the art work is pretty advanced and teenage looking. (or as Bella says tweenage looking..)
The available options are fairly slim but the characters look better formed than other MMO characters.

Anyone know any games with a fairly advanced character creation system?
Taluring has mentioned second life, not played that game myself; if Taluring could provide screenshots of how advanced the characters are....
APB has it quite advanced but I cannot replicate my XLR8 147 character, there's no blindfold option for a start.

I tried to base it on myself in real life but....although the hair style and bone structure are similar....
I'm younger than my adult looking character by at least 5 years or so and I have darker hair in real life. (still blond though)
And uh....I don't have biceps THAT big.....YET lol

As far as SecondLife is concerned with Avatar Customization, YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

Eh, epic lolz? You saying I can't get to this standard of muscular build? LOL...it may take me a few months max. (I would say I'm about 62% to that standard but I am a teen so it makes sense ...something to do with proportions to age normalities or something)
As for Bella...I totally forgot what kind of reaction may spark.
And ...I'm sure looking at the screenshots will excite her enough...since I hinted my character looks quite similar to me...
just a bit older, lighter haired and more muscular.

Also, how advanced is second life's creation system?
Advanced enough to replicate an XLR8 147 by any chance?

FusionFall Asia is still not available.
Also SkyFallen, I never used FusionFall Asia, I'm located in Europe so we don't have a problem with logging on in FusionFall.
However, there is probably some latency, I probably have a much higher ping than most American players for example.
I think you're referring to the good old days of FusionFall in the Future game area. (2008 - 2010 ? or early 2011?)
It would be great if they brought back the future.
FusionFall just isn't the same.

Is it just me or is it also the fault of people having faster computers now?
Maybe the really fast frame rate makes FusionFall not so fun. (or at least kills some of the nostalgia)
When I played on my old 2007 laptop, FusionFall ran fast in not very populated areas, (maybe 15 - 20 fps in fast areas)
But when playing on my new 2010 gaming laptop, I get around 30 - 60 fps. (seems to be locked at 30 or 60)
And it just doesn't have the same feel.
Maybe 20 - 25 fps is a perfect frame rate?
But I wouldn't jump on FusionFall on a slower pc, too low a frame rate is worse than too high a frame rate but having one in between...
an option to change the frame rate available would be great.

OH YEAH and toon shading is STUCK to ON, personally I prefer it OFF as it looks more 3D and shaded better. (also I played on this setting the most in the old Future days )
