Introduction
11:36 AM, 6/9/25 PAST
One mans life was on the line to protect the people he cared for. After waiting for many years, Kyle Arachne was sent out to a mission to defeat Fusion Billy, but of course there was his defenseline. Vamperts, as they call them, were blood sucking vampires corrupted with the toxic fusion matter making them minions of Fuse. Kyle fought and fought with one of the strongest Vamperts but he was on the edge of his strength. He saw a coffin floating around in the air and quickly bolted to the edge of the small floating piece of land but missed. Once he saw the coffin go by him he knew he was done for. He closed his eyes tightly and felt the burning senstation start creep up onto him. Soon, the pain got worse, it felt like he was getting torn apart from every direction, you could hear his screams for miles. He quickly became unconcious and woke up three days later.
He felt different then normal, like a new type of energy flowing throughout his whole system, he felt stronger, more powerful.
"Whe-where am I?" Kyle asked to the doctor who was checking his blood pressure.
"You are in the KND infirmary after being exposed to a great amount of toxic Fusion Matter," the doctor said in a mono tone and continued working on Kyle's blood
pressure.
Kyle noticed a hint of worry in the doctor's eye and asked, "Am I really okay, sir?" The doctor turned and grabbed a mirror and held it in Kyle's face. Kyle gasped, what used to be his jet black hair was now neon green, and so were his eyes.
"W-what happened to me?" Kyle asked in a scared tone.
"You were mutated, we have never seen anything like it," the doctor said, "and we have no idea how to stop it or if it will kill you."
"So does that mean I'm a living freak who can be a minion of Fuse any minute now!?" Kyle exclaimed and watched the doctor slowly nod.
Kyle groaned and slumped back and pulled the covers over him.
