so i warped to my buddy and he was in unknown and it says lost connection to serve so i relog and it says lost connection and logs me out. if there is any way to fix this it would be very apreciated thanks.

Have you tried turning the connection off and back on again? If all else fails, no matter the problem, that usually works.

You seem to be having a connection issue.

This could be either a connection error with the server to your Computer or your computer to the server..........but in most cases its a computer connection issue.

Check to see if your router hasn't reset (stopped sending out the internet signal).

And of course there's always restarting your computer.


I'd try the second issue first.

Hello i have gotten a new acc cause i forgot the password to the on that made this thread. now this is not the problem i can play on other characters just the main character that i cant play on. im stuck in unknown an when i try to play the nano scren pops up and it says connection to server lost cause im stuck in the outskirts of the map.

In that case, you MIGHT have to wait until the server resets. But you'll have to wait until Wednesday.

the servers will be reset, this in turn, reverts certain things can go wrong with the game

I usually email cn if something like that happens.If you don't get respawned I will give you the email and guideline on how to email them to respawn you

I have Waited Until Wednesday And My Character Is Still In Unknown.

That would help, sure.

Some suggestions:

-Check your internet connection. (Strong signal/properly connected Ethernet cable.)
-Check your firewall; your active firewall might be your Windows firewall (assuming you have Windows)
or the antivirus in your antivirus software. (If it has one, it might be your active one.)
Check if your browser and the Unity plugin are given full internet access.
-Switch characters and/or accounts, this might fix a server/cache glitch somehow.
-Switch browsers.
-Uninstall Unity and restart your computer. Reinstall with the latest version from the official Unity website.
-Uninstall game files via the FusionFall website.
-Try warping to someone (or warp away or try going into your email, try anything really, to stop it) if you have enough time before it gives you the connection error.
-Try a different computer.
-Ask the FusionFall staff via email to relocate you/or just tell them the problem.
-You could try clearing your browser cookies and caches.
-It might be fixed if you log out of your FusionFall account (then clear your cookies/caches) and wait a week or two and then log back in but that would time and....might not work...

Screenshots/ or a video might be helpful though.
The problem with asking FusionFall staff (which would fix your problem really quickly)
is that they are known to have not replied for a long time to FusionFall players, maybe they're just too busy.

But he's claiming that he can fix it *for you*.
Remember, do NOT give your account details to anyone you don't trust.
That's just asking to be hacked.
Not saying he's not to be trusted but...I wouldn't risk it.

But if he could share the solution, that would be great!
If he's telling the truth, he will just say how he fixed it.
Hopefully he is telling the truth and then you can fix your problem.
(And tell us here so people with the same problem can read it.)

Wow, did not think I'd see this glitch again. What's happening is that you are in a coordinate too high or too low. When you warped to your friend, he must have been quite high in the air. As a result, you set your position as standing in air, too high. If I recall, Jesse can fix this, so I'll have to ask him next time he's online.

Captain if you are emailing them Spam the crummmy crum out of them.CN NEVER listens when you email them once.Spam them like 200 times and that should do the trick

Well..... Ijust wasted about and hour of my life trying to dash all the way back....
Yet still no solution to fixing this....     
I am afraid i am gonna have to delete that character and work to get the items back unless someone gives them for free....

Eventually it will start to work so you definitely shouldn't delete the character.

So, did you try giving allowing Unity full internet access via your firewall?
You didn't mention your results from trying that stuff I suggested.
It's likely at least one of them will fix the problem or at least narrow it down
and give us a clue as to why you're experiencing that connection issue.

As a last resort, if you trust me enough to try to relocate your character,
(if using a different computer works as a work around)
you could change your account password to something else,
let me relocate your character (it's your first character on the list, right?)
and then after I fix it, you can then change your account password again
to your original one or whatever you want. And then check your FF
account associated email hasn't changed. (I wouldn't alter the account but just to reassure you,
checking everything is exactly as you left it would let your mind rest.)

It's entirely up to you but I'm completely dependent, reliable and trustworthy.
Many people will tell you that but obviously it's entirely up you if you want
to try this method. Obviously you don't know me that well but I wouldn't do such a thing.

If you do choose to do that, I won't AT ALL alter your account in any way other than
trying to relocate your problematic character.

Alternatively, you could just ask someone else you trust, perhaps a friend
or relative that has FusionFall installed.

Or even if you do, hopefully that person is inactive or at least wouldn't try to access/alter your account.
Kind of a good reason that I told you to change your password first and then after this is all done, change it back
or to something else different.
