| I'm trying to get onto Wizard 101, but it just doesn't want to let me in. I entered my password, the game started loading, but it didn't come up. I then uninstalled the game and re installed it, but it now says there's no connection when there is. :sigh:
I tried turning the computer off and back on again. Didn't work. I then tried signing off and then on again. Didn't work. Any ideas?

| Well your internet is working fine, but maybe you wanna turn your router thin off then on again?
Or maybe just google it? Hahaha
Or check if anyone else is having the same problem?

Not sure what I can say other than to make sure your wireless adapter is on........if you have one. Check your internet status. |

| Internet's the same as usual, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get on here. It did go off earlier, but I managed to get it working again. |

| And another problem. Every time I open up the game, it says it's loading, but it isn't. I'm stuck on the character selection screen!   |

Okay, I think I came up with an idea: See if your firewall is preventing the program from connecting to the internet. My Zonealarm Flags w101 if it hasnt been booted up for a long time. But it asks me whether I want the program to connect to the internet.
I guess give that a whirl. |

| I checked the firewall last night, and W101 isn't on there. I've never really needed to use the firewall before, so I'm not exactly sure what to do. I guess I'll check again after college.  |

| Well, it seems it was a problem with the Firewall. I had to turn it off. Before I turn it back on, anyone know how to let a program through the Firewall on Windows 7/8? EDIT: Nevermind. Just done it. I never had to do anything with the Firewall before.  |
