Chapter 01- Glorious Days

 "Come on, get down from there. We're late, what are the others going to think if they catch us being late for the sign ups?" A girl wearing her academy school shirt says as she scolds her friend.

 "Buttt Gllooorrryyyy, I'm so tired and sleepy, what if we don't get to be in the same team?" pouted the other young girl

 "Zoe, we're totally going to be in the same team, why wouldn't we be?" she yelled as she ran towards town.

  The two girls ran, Glory was the older one, her small green shirt and baggy pants showed both a girly and Tomboyish charm to her, her long hair went rampant as she ran, a giant robot claw on her back, this was a weapon she carried around at all times. Zoe wore a guardian shirt which was white and seemed more like armor than a fashion statement, her white pants and shoes went great with the rest, her brown hair which was short and her blue eyes showed her interest in the world. 

  Glory accidentally bumps into a man with a weird set of cloths, his face covered by a hoodie, on his back a forever knight sword and a living jiggler that started crying. His jacket was black and his pants brown with two pistols on the sides of his waist. 

   She was both scared and impressed, but more than anything embarrassed,  she sat there as he got up and reached out his hand smiling, she reached back and was helped up.

"I'm so sorry." she blurted out in her embarrassment, though the man nodded and walked away.

  Zoe quickly grabbed Glory and kept running towards the center of the town. They were surrounded by a bunch of other young guys and girls who had the same eye for adventure, the atmosphere was tense and everyone was jumpy. 

  A boy with orange hair and glasses stood forward on a stage above the crowd. 

-"Hello, my name is Dexter. The monthly event is about to begin again. We stopped Fuse, but we still need to keep an eye out for him, with no more fusions around you all need a way to train yourselves, the leader of Xtreme gave us the idea of making a battle Colosseum a year ago and we all have seen the large difference in experience gained in these battles. Thanks to my technology we don't need to worry about deaths and collateral damage, the Professor was kind enough to let us use the chamber the power-puff girls would train in, though I tweaked it and made it large enough for you to have the greatest battles."

  He motions his right hand towards a building, in there the fighters would be given a class based on their skills, stats, and personality. There are four classes, Tank, Fighter, Archer, Support. When the teams are formed and the battle begins, the members are all sent into different parts of the maze, finding each other or their enemies while exploring. Unlike most tournaments you never get eliminated upon losing, this is a point based tournament, most points by the end of the two week tournament wins. Man-made fusion monsters are made and spread out inside the arena, they give off bonus points.   

 Zoe jumps onto Glory sobbing "Glorrrryyy I'm a taaankk" 
-"Well that's really cool, you get super strength! I'm a Fighter."
-"Didn't you hear? Fighter's the last class people want, because of the three top ranked Fighters, strong enough to take out tanks and giants, I'd hate that pressure."

 Each member is given a bracelet, this bracelet teleports them to their new team partners. Each team is given a small house with 5 rooms where they all stay, along with the team being formed by only 4 members, they're given a captain, a guide, a coach, these coaches give their team a special bonus in battles, be it a boost in attack, or speed.  

 Glory and Zoe were quickly zapped to their new team.
Zoe opens her eyes to see Glory was still by her side. "OH MY GOOOD, I'm so glad I don't have to be alone"
 A guy with half a robotic face looks at them with a confused expression, one of his arms had a cannon attached to it, a cyborg partner. He smiled at Zoe, who in return smiled back and started walking around. 

A girl in a purple fur vest falls down the stairs.
"Ow,ow,ow...best place to be teleported to." she groaned.

Glory helped her up and the four of them got down to introducing themselves.

"I'm Glory the Fighter, and I'm here to have fun." she laughed
"I'm Zoe The Tank, I wanted to be an archer, but I'll just show guys that girls can be as good as boy tanks." she smirked
"I'm Dragoon, the Archer, so by default I'm the leader here, I came to find an old friend of mine, Slim." he sat in a chair slowly.
"I'm Lin-ea, I came here to find this guy I was with during the war, he vanished after he lost his closest friends, I have no idea where he is but I'm hoping to find out." she smiled with confidence. 

The four of them eagerly waited for their CN coach, in hopes of getting someone they love and idolize.

Chapter 02-     A Glorious Battle.

 In another team base, the hooded man sits, his nano Bloo floating around him playfully, 

-"20 nanos, and your favorite is the blue blob with eyes." a girl walks in and sits next to him, he light brown hair flowing as she did, he blue eyes could see through the soul. A black leather jacket with a white shirt under, her black skirt was short but teased anyone who tried to peek under it, thanks to a special design made by Bubbles, no one would ever be able to see what's under. Long boots, she was serious and was awfully shy around people she doesn't know.

Luckily this is the 3rd time she entered the Colosseum, each time her partner was Grumpy. He looked at her and sighed, as the Bloo went and sat on her lap she hugged it tight. 

"Dane, I'm telling you, Archers are way better than tanks." yells a man with a yellow hard hat.

"Look here you scope-nerd, you have to take about 3 minutes to aim and successfully kill anything, I just have to punch it. I can take hits all day, you die after 1. Isn't that right Zero?" replied Dane, a giant guy in grey armor stood in front of Zero. 

"I'm fine with the hot shy support, and the skilled silent scary guy, but an arrogant and annoying walking tin can? You better hope you don't drag us down." Zero growled as his face had an angered expression.

    The teams reunited inside the dome next to the Colosseum, there, all the teams would be split and matched up to fight. The screen will pick 2 random teams and teleport them into one of 40 battle-zones where they would all simultaneously fight. These fights can take a day from time to time, but the longest amount of time would be 2 days, this leaves the team at a disadvantage for taking so long.

     "Hello everyone, Dexter here, we're getting started now, Computress will take over since I have to go be the coach of Team Oli. I hope you all enjoy yourselves, you're in for a ride." Dexter announced

The teams all vanished instantly.

  Grumpy, Alice, Zero and Dane were now floating in a weird space, given a brief 3 minutes to pick weapons and one of all their nanos, except Alice who gets 3, even a change of cloths. They landed in a city, they looked around and noticed all the buildings were the same, the sky had a hexagon pattern.

   "Team A vs Team B,  Begin!!" 

        All the members we now separated and transported to different areas in the city. Grumpy sighed and began walking slowly.

"Oh man this is so fun, I'm totally going to go find Zoe before I find anyone from that team." Glory giggled as she began riding her hover-cloud.

Zero began opening doors and breaking into one of the buildings and found a good camping spot to snipe from. Dane who cracked the floor beneath him with his heavy armor rode his hover-car and began searching for the other team's tank. Zoe who was so happy about her super strength used it to 
jump long distances, laughing and playing around.

Zoe's leg was grabbed and she came down onto the ground hard, a bloodcurdling scream was lead out, this was the first time the poor girl was in a fight and felt this kind of pain, 

This was one of the monsters that appears randomly, Red eyes, grean and grey skin, grey consisting of the hardened skin, it's body was like an octopus, the head of a shark, the billions of tentacles  swinging aimlessly.
 
She couldn't move, her eyes wide open with fear, the giant monster was too much for her to mentally handle. It slowly got closer to her, reaching out it's tentacles at her. She closed her eyes and cried.

SLASH!! 


Tentacle after tentacle fell and melted away as Grumpy swung around his sword, he jumped onto the monster, using his Fighter ability to shortly walk against gravity. As soon as the ability ran out he used a Dash feature Dexter gave to all the nanos, allowing the members to launch themselves forward even in the air. This gave him the ability to re use his wall walking skill.

Shooting the monsters eyes and diving into it with his sword, cutting his brain from the inside, after that Grumpy jumped down and glided to safety.
Giving his team 20 points. The monster tumbled down onto a building, the roof broke off and was headed onto Grumpy, however Zoe got up and caught the roof, saving him. He got out and looked back at her. He silently vanished as the tired Zoe dashed away after throwing the ceiling.

 Dragoon was walking towards a building that had cracks on it, as he walked in he was hearing cracking noises, he didn't know whether there was something wrong with the building or if someone was near.

Crashing down came Dane, causing a massive tremor, Dragoon ran out, shooting Dane as he escaped the building.


Off in the distance Zero scopes Glory and watches her, he decides to sit there quietly, Linea spots the silent camper, and takes out her bazooka that resembled a megaphone, though inside it were an infinite supply of rockets, which she began shooting at Zero.

Alice who was miles away, decides to explore for fun, avoiding the explosions.

Chapter 03 - Ties Withing The Mansion 

10 years ago. In a Mansion close to 

 A small boy sits in the quiet meadow near a lake, the smell of honey and flowers in the air, the breeze that made the hot air bearable, he wore a sweater with a hood on it, it appeared to have been made by a family member, he sat there with his short jean pants and black sneaks.

A girl with blonde hair walk next to him and asks
-"Isn't it hot with that thing on your head? My mommy always said it wasn't good for you to wear sweaters in the hot days."

-"No, I'm fine, nanna made this for me, she smiles when I wear it."
-"Well where is your granny?"
-"Momma said she went to a scientist convention, but that was ages ago"
-"Oh, well have you ever played the rock skipping games?"
-"I don't feel like doing anything."

The little girl got close to him and smiled as she took off his hood, his hair was a side cut, emo hair, yet the sides of his head shorter.
-"See, why would you hide that face? Your nanna would want you to see how beautiful the world is, my momma always told me that seeing the world the way we do is what makes us more human, but the animals can see it too you know. See, look over there."

a stray kitten is seen trying to make a puppy get up.

-"I'm like that kitty, you're the puppy who wont get up." she giggled as she helped the boy up,the two of them spent the day playing, she taught him the rights and the wrong, like how throwing rocks at animals was rude. She showed him how to climb, swim and showed him berries she found.

-"Here, it's a special fruit, if you cut it in half with someone, you'll be with them forever." she giggled as she grabbed a red fruit.

-"That means we'll always be friends right?" the boy asked
-"Yeah, best friends forever. You'll be the papa and I'll be the momma."

She grabbed his hand and the ripped it in half, on the insides of both halves they saw heart shaped seeds.

 A scary man in a suit walks by them,
-"Mistress Deline we must leave now, say goodbye to your friend, you'll see him tomorrow, you've been playing with him for months now, He is the chauffeurs son after all. 

He grabs her hand, and takes her away, she looks back and smiles.

The young boy and the young girl spent the next few months getting to know each other better, she was a weird girl, her parents were wealthy yet know how to raise the girl, she was kind, knew the meaning of a dollar, saw the beauty in life, and appreciated what she had.

One day, they went exploring deep in the woods behind her mansion. It was forbidden territory, highly dangerous, especially for kids, though she had a dangerous love for adventure and exploring the unknown, 

  They stumbled upon a weird cave, green ooze running like a river. She stood there and got excited, grabbed his hand and went in running. Sadly something had made that cave it's home, the kids were thrown down outside the cave, a prehistoric looking creature crawls out, it resembled a dragon with wings that were all bruised up and had holes in it. It's roar left those who heard it stunned and immobile with fear. The kids ran towards the mansion, as the beast tracked their footsteps and was so close to them that they cried as they ran. A claw came down and the boy was swatted into a tree. The dragon got near the boy who lied there, the girl came and threw pebbles at it,  landing one in it's eye, seeing the pain on it's face she suddenly stopped throwing rocks.
-"I'm sorry mister lizard...I didn't want to hurt your eye.."

She held out her arms, as though wanting to hug it, the dragon got closer and closer to her, only inches in front of her it stopped moving. The boy reached his hand out and  motioned her to run.

-"See, he's just a big"

She was interrupted as the dragon swiftly snatched her up and swallowed. The boy's eyes grew bigger, his pupils smaller. The tears flowed down his cheek as he got up, his face showed true pain and loss, things he once had that he could never take back, he ran towards the dragon, picking up a pointy stick as he charged at it.




Present Time

"Grumpy!! Wake up!! They see you!!" Dane's voice is heard as he tosses Dragoon at Glory and Zoe.

Grumpy who was day dreaming looked up slowly, his expression showed a bored one. He hid inside a nearby building, he opened one of his pockets and reached in, taking out seed and a sharp tooth.
