Sooo... My coloring spree was short lived.... xD I mean i like coloring, and it's somewhat calming... but it's just so darn difficult and takes way too long xD hahaha
So here's what I've drawn recently I think i'm going to try to draw one thing a day... And I'm really gonna get nitpicky on the details So these still kinda bug me in areas (body proportions and such)
But i'm also really proud of them ^.^

This Is All Your Fault:
The Cold Awakening Series by Robin Wasserman
Lia Kahn is dead. She died in a car accident. The engineers scanned her brain and downloaded it into a robot body. She is still there. She has her memories and her emotions. After being abandoned by her family, the only person who will talk to her is the weird nerdy guy named Auden. They soon develop a friendship, testing the limits of this new body.
*spoilers for the series************************************************************** One day, Lia Kahn decides to join in a ceremony that the other "Mechs" do, which is jumping off of the nearby waterfall. When she jumps, Auden sees her and tries to help her and ends up injured. He cannot be turned into a mech though, because his mother had a natural birth, and so he has a mental disorder where his brain is unstable. So he basically starts to hate Lia for ruining his life. ********************************************************************************
Lia has parts of her skin cut through with a plastic over so you can see the machinery inside of her.
Sorry for the long explanations before hand... But it's fan art and I'm guessing you haven't read the books They both take place in the first book in the series though so the spoilers aren't THAT big....

Hey, I thought both pictures' proportions were pretty good. That fan art though. I hope you didn't come up with the cheesy line "you're the only good thing left in this world"
Really smooth dude.... (Unless I'm thinking out of context and everyone on Earth in that story became evil or something....then I guess it makes sense. )

haha well in the second one, I drew audens head too big, so his body was really small comparitively :/ but you can't really tell that much I guess...
and hahaha both? I didn't make it up, but it is really cheesy... but everyone is also evil as well
but funny enough, in the first book I liked adam, but then after that I hated him xD Warner is where it's at (I drew a really saucy picture of juliette and warner a long time ago if you remember)

The Cube:
Jude gives Lia a cube, basically a drug for robots. You "Link in" to it and then it will upload into their system and simulated feelings that actually make them feel alive again.

Now TBH, I don't really like this picture very much... and don't get me started on the legs... But THAT'S why this is "Try 1"

More Background to the story: there's this disease, and they make a vaccine and just administer it to everyone on site of their birth and that's all well and good but then they refine their technology so all they do is put a chip in people when they're born "No one gets sick. No one dies. There is no crime. There is no hatred. Everyone is equal. But no one is free" hospitals get turned into government facilities, where they moniter everyone, make sure they're all living correctly. but the chip glitches and when it glitches people have a chance to be themselves and so people commit suicide every day to escape this world Devika and her family live in a house their great grandparents built... within another house... and so they technically don't exist. But one day their parents get taken... And so Jay always wants to go look for them... but Dev just tries to move past it...
But then later on, the government uses their parents to get to them... And Dev is the one who can't handle it and slips.... but in reality, their parents are long gone... i mean can you imagine that? Seeing someone you know FOR SURE should love you... But all that's left... is nothingness ................
Why are all my stories so dark >.>
So, I mean, I know certain parts might be off, (and I know the story needs work) But i'm pretty proud of this, I feel like I was able to actually convey an emotion... Which is something I always have wanted to do

Nice bunny and Glory drawing! The posing (not something I can do easily), the fur texture (also something I don't know how to do) and the strange (but interesting) context of Glory riding on a giant bunny. Also, the depth you gave to the bunny's ears. So you can draw animals. That scratchy / sketchy artistic way of drawing the fur texture is impressive. Nice work!

Nice, it's like a different sophisticated style of colouring. Kinda reminds me of the blurry/glowy nature of remembering dreams. Thanks for haunting me, Glory. But Halloween finished. BTW who is that supposed to be? (Some fiction reference thing I won't understand? )
