PEOPLE OF THE UK..... (and the local demigod Hom Choi)
Please vote for Jeremy Corbyn (Labour party) for prime minister.
(Discussions still welcomed from non-British users. )
If you're of voting age, please register AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,
(it's VERY easy to forget, believe me,
it's way better to register to vote NOW rather than at the last minute or lose the deadline).
Takes a few minutes, max.
https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
If you've already registered to vote,
please double check that you're still registered.
And then on the 8th of June,
please vote Jeremy Corbyn to be Prime Minister of the UK.
If you want me to explain why I'm voting for Corbyn,
please let me know as soon as possible. The election is not far away at all.
(Long story short, he's the only mainstream candidate that is anti-establishment
and pro-working/middle class.
The rest of the mainstream candidates are corrupt and have anti-worker ideological policies.)
For too long the Tories (a.k.a. the Conservatives) have exploited the poor and UKIP
has almost the same economic policies as them....
they're controlled by the establishment corporations and bankers.
The previous modern Labour governments (nicknamed New Labour or Blairite Labour)
were almost on the same team as the Tories....the side of the corporations and banks.
However, Jeremy Corbyn is using policies from the Old Labour
that gave us the NHS (National Health Service)
which is tax funded single payer universal healthcare which was great.
But then Blairites and Tories privatised it for corporate profits.
Privatisation wastes tax payers' money so greedy companies can profit
while simultaneously reducing the efficiency of the service and increasing
costs.....therefore it COSTS US MORE and we get a worse service.
Another example of privatisation is the railways.
It used to be nationalised but after being privatised,
companies take subsidies (from our tax money.....it's essentially socialism for the rich
....why not democratic socialism for the poor huh?? )
and then the companies charge us higher compared to if we didn't use them
(or arranged less corrupt, more reasonable contracts)!!
That's why we have high train fairs....
Oh and another reminder, please vote on
the (more imminent local by-elections in the UK)
I would be really disappointed if people were still
ignorant enough to vote Tories AGAIN after what they've done to this country.
The gap between the richest and poorest has increased thanks to them.
So please be politically active when you can
and encourage as many people as possible to exercise their right to vote
and vote for Jeremy Corbyn in the local by-election and General Election!
Let's kick out the corrupt Tories!
(Don't miss the deadlines! In the words of Arnold...."DOOOO IT NOWWWW!")
To freedom.
Summary:
1) Register to vote ASAP.
2) On the 4th of May, vote in your local by-election if you have one
(I don't know how to find out, maybe there's a list somewhere?)
3) On the 8th of June, vote in the GENERAL ELECTION!!
Vote Jeremy Corbyn!
End/tame the establishment!
There's more of us than there are of them,
so can out vote them.
