I have read through some of these... and they entertain me... they really do! So i decided, why the hell not join you guys... so here it is!

Velius Lee (Raven)

Strong Points:

-Specializes in the use of heavy artillery such as high caliber rifles and the likes.

-Carries two axes that he uses in case of being stripped of his regular firearms.

-Has multiple types of bullets for his high artillery weaponry, such as Explosive ammo, Smokescreen ammo, Incendiary ammo, EMP bullets, ETC.

-Uses WAY TOO MANY stupid puns and such (To make his enemy face palm for him to go in for the kill.)

-If angered, he will shout at you furiously (Thu'um... figure it out...).

Weakness:

-He is not very fast and thus he can't easily run away or run at his enemy's at very high speeds.

-He takes a while to reload his Rifle and Modified Desert Eagle, so his reloading speed isn't very fast either.

-He laughs way too much and doesn't take anything truly seriously.

-If you threaten one he loves (Or REALLY likes) then he will stop fighting and run away to protect said person.

before kyle dies he laughs and whispers "you can't control my powers" then a light flash appears and kle is gone
