First topic message reminder :

I hate using the same screenshot for characters in my comic and other graphics.
So could people upload screenshots (as many as possible!)
of their characters. (Transparent backgrounds are better but not compulsory.)
I'm running out of screenshots of Oliver, Undelos, Bella, VENOM 5010 UNLIMITED, Hom Choi, etc.
I've got a fair amount of XLR8 screenshots.

TRY to get the following:

- white sky background (or light colours, e.g. light green, etc. or at least single colour skies.)
or transparent backgrounds for easier/faster editing.

- different emotions/poses, actions, side stepping, jumping, back stepping, on vehicle, etc. (Be creative??)
- different angles.
- preferably all in the same clothes. (Attempting relatively decent comic story continuity.)
- HD/big/good quality.

As for the lack of screenshots of your character...
I was gonna suggest to wait for FF Legacy to launch so you can
remake your character but
that may take forever and I want this comic wrapped up ASAP.

An alternative option would be to mention exactly
how your character looked like and find a screenshot that's close enough.

Or we can just use a drawing like I did with one of Oliver's shots:

yeah, I also had a blindfold... idk what you can do about that...
But yeah, brown hair, blue eyes, blindfold, Green+black tank top, basic combat pants, and then i had the ninja swords backpack.... oh and black tennis shoes

But yeah i'll take lots of screenshots when legacy starts up too

Hey Danny, if you have anymore screenshots (like at a different angle)
that may be useful.  If possible.

Also, what kind of personality do you have?
Be as descriptive as possible.    (Give me more to work with.)
What makes you very different from others on Xtreme, or whatever character traits you want
in your character even if it's not a trait of your own.
I ask so I can improve unique character development.
(Don't want all the characters to sound the same.)

BTW, for anyone listening on this thread, I might as well mention that
upon looking through old screenshots, I found a presshat character of Zero's.
Trying to contact him to get permission to use him but I'll probably go ahead anyway since I don't think he'd mind.

@Cody, sometimes a character's face is pasted onto an image of other scenes (e.g. in movies)
instead of using the whole character's body.
Do you think putting a Tom helmet will look ....like you want it?
It's up to you. We're trying to prioritise peoples' main characters into the comic.
Would you rather have Cody or Ethan?
I'll try to get them both in but gotta know which you definitely want in.
Also....it's unfortunate you don't have other angles. It makes larger cameos difficult.
I guess a one shot appearance can still be thought of as a slightly larger cameo than
not talking at all and being in the background.

Cody was my first main character and the only character I actually got to 36 before Fusionfall closed. The only real reason why I put that TOM helmet on him was because I thought the character's face looked ugly. I got Ethan to 30 or 31 and Kelly to 17, I think before the game closed. To be honest, I actually liked Ethan a bit more (because he looked cooler), but I always kept Cody because he was my first character and held a special place, hence giving the name Cody on this forum. I just made Kelly for the sake of having a female character.

Looking at the characters' screenshots, Cody's and Kelly's face, I have to admit, look kind of generic,with Ethan the only one that looks not-generic. So if you want to get a talking part with me in it, you could do Ethan and just call him Cody.

TL;DR Cody can be a background cameo. If you want to give me a talking part, use Ethan and call him Cody.

Only the Hulkbuster suit can fit Hom due to the size of his muscles.

In regard to the comic, yes, I would still like to be in it. I just don't have any screenshots of Prince. The only actual screenshot I took of him is posted here on Xtreme. It's still around here somewhere, lost within the endless threads, but it's there.

Also, what the flippity floppity happened in here.

I honestly don't mind which role I get. Buuut if I were to choose, a fairly large role is fine.

As for Prince's personality, I think this would suffice:

A skillful bounty hunter that travels the world in search of answers. When the fusion race first invaded the planet, his brother was brutally killed by the first of the new-coming fusions: Fusion Jack. Though his brother fought valiantly, he was no match for the fusion's ruthless power. Month's after the incident, he pointed his attention towards the academy. Deeming it the only way possible to defeat fusion Jack, and moreover, avenge his fallen brother... However, after a strange turn of fate, he finds himself fighting for different purposes. After meeting a group of fighters that called themselves the "Seven Legends", and exploring deeper into his family history, he finds out the roots of his strange abilities, and secrets that his family had been hiding from the world for centuries. As he travels the planet in an attempt to stop fuse and uncover the mysteries of a certain "dimensional portal" he decides to renew himself by adopting a new name: Prince.


Prince usually has a high temper and is very stubborn toward any of his teammates. (Or anyone in particular) But despite his harsh attitude, he makes way to help the ones in need. And though he doesn't usually show it, Fusions terrify him. He makes it a challenge to overcome that fear, one way or the other. He has a soft side too, he's kind and affectionate to the people he cares about. And for the people who know Prince in a more personal way, he actually has some sense of humor.

His father is a well-known plumber that that traveled the stars, doing what plumbers do. However, ever since the fusions invaded most of the plumbers were assigned new duties on earth, Prince's father included.

His mother supposedly disappeared a few weeks before the invasion... Or so he thinks.

So yeah, summing it down this is pretty much his life.

I guess i should spoil the rest of my idea anyway: Prince's mother is a descendant of a long line of Anodites. She never died, instead she was ordered to travel to her ancestors planet as discreetly as possible. The downside was: fuse's arrival greatly affected the levels of mana, making them more unstable. Therefore Prince's mother was forced to use more energy in order to escape and evade the Planets unnatural pull. By making such an uproar, she caught the attention of Prince's brother, who at the time was desperately searching for her. After receiving signs of life from his mother, Prince's brother immediately scouted out to find the source of the intense mana flow... But unfortunately, such power attracted also the attention of something else. To be accurate, a certain mutant katana wielding monster....

@Undelos: Well I did have one character with green hair. But I'm pretty sure Prince had this light blond hair thing going on. Maybe I could the find the image around here somewhere and make sure.

You can use this for my character instead of the TOM helmet. (If you want to use Cody instead, but Ethan is just fine) This should be a pretty accurate (and better) representation of what Cody looked like under the helmet. I'll add shots of other angles at a later time.

It's unfortunate though that the comic is on hiatus now.
(That time of year again where I have to study. )

But one day.

The comic might have been finished if I hadn't asked
Undelos for help (which was a waste of time for both of us for the most part)
But maybe it's better this way as Undelos' advice for the ending
and other factors (like me taking it more seriously in terms of expanding the story
to as many FF people here as reasonably possible)
might make the comic better.
But it won't be finished for a long while.
I could release a few pages in the mean time but there might be
changes or you could say it might spoil it that way.
I dunno. 

And I was excited to finish it too....
Although few people online at the time (summer)
didn't help with motivation either.

I have gone on haitus many times. Most of the time, the haitus goes on for literally forever.

I would recommend people make a database (not really)
of screenshots of their characters based on the character creation screen.
Some shots at different angles, different outfits, full body shots, fully zoomed in shots, etc.
Perhaps with everyone having a good selection of screenies,
anyone can just make an Xtremists style comic.
(Not the Xtremists story arc....unless you want....I just mean people from Xtreme )
It would be pretty cool to see everyone's unique style
of comic.
Some comics can be made with drawings (and traces of peoples' character screenshots )
and some can be screenshots-based like mine mostly is. 
Would be pretty cool to see a new comic every month or so.
