so guys since this backstory is for the most part complete, i have decided to finally write it, so feel free to tell me what you think, but this story won't be too long as i'm not too big on creativity so don't be surprised if i don't explain something enough or if this sounds weird, as this is my first time actually writing a story, and now that that's out of the way, let's begin

Zane Sunboskov was a poor orphan living on the streets of City Point before the war with Planet Fusion began, so he learned how to survive by learning how to fight with all the junk that was around the area, and with enough practice he got pretty good with swords, and when the war with Planet Fusion began, he was one of the people who joined later on in the war, when he joined he put his weapon skills to good use for close combat. Eventually he was one of the best soldiers in the war, so he decided to go after Fuse himself, it was a tough fight through the Darklands, he barely managed to survive many places, and when he finally reached Fuse's Throne, he was very weak from the long journey, but he continued on. When he reached Fuse, he was ready for anything, but he was so weak that Fuse tossed him around like a rag doll, he was eventually blown out of the area, left battered and broken for years, (now this is where 7 Legends ties in) as the years past by, the war raged on, Fuse was eventually defeated, but a new ruler rose, Slim, he found Zane's battered body lieing around Fuse's old lair, Slim remembered that when Fuse was still the ruler, he had heard about a warrior that tried to take on Fuse, but was killed by him and that his body was never found, and then, Slim got an idea, he decided to try and revive this warrior, and make him serve him. (and that's the end of chapter 1 of 2, maybe 3, i'm not sure, but look forward to chapter 2 tommorow)

do not judge our creativity, our stories are awesome, i've always really been a bit of a fan for the kind of character who pulls himself up from nothing, and chapter 2 will be up in the next hour or 2, i could post it now, but meh, i don't feel like it, although chapter 2 could be a bit shorter, i kinda used up a lot of my creative genius in chapter 1

Actually Rex, I think my story might be Megas XLR-ish. Ya know, kinda funny and actiony.

That's why my show would barely show any of the characters. Except the Nano versions, of course.

here's chapter 2: The Revival

It took months of work, but Slim was eventually able to to get Zane's body back to working order. It took many robot parts and cybernetics, but Zane was still half human. A few weeks later he regained consciousness, after Zane got his barings on where he was, he asked who the man standing over him was, and where they were, after Slim explained, Zane started to attack, but Slim anticipated that, so after he got Zane's body back to life, he installed a chip in Zane's brain that would force him to obey him. (in away that i won't bother to explain except it forces obedience, and clouds his mind with fake thoughts of obeying slim being the only way) When Slim activated the chip, he was near fully obediant, but free will and memory of his old life was still somewhere in the back of his mind, but Slim did not know that. (and that would be the end of this chapter, but now i want to write to write 2 more chapters, feel free to tell me what you think of this chapter, but still like i said, there will be at least 2 more chapters, so just tell me what you think, i really want to hear your opinions on this)

now here's Chapter 3: The Mission

After a few tests to see is Zane could be useful in taking down the 7 Legends, Slim realized that he could send him to be an undercover agent to learn the Legend's secrets right under their noses, after all, surely they couldn't resist the hero who dared to chalenge Lord Fuse and was thought to be dead, (which he was, lol) until now. But in order to avoid suspicion as to why Zane was a cyborg, he would need a disguise, so Slim gave Zane some covering clothes to hide the robotic parts on his body, but in order to conceal the cybernetic eye piece on his face, he was given a special pair of shades that would conceal the eye piece through holographic technology. So Slim sent Zane out to find the Legends, but in order to draw them to a location, Slim sent many fusion monsters to a heavily populated area, the one thing no hero can resist. By the time the 7 Legends arrived, Zane was already on the scene, fighting, and when the Legends joined in, they made quick work of the monsters. The Legends were pretty impressed with Zane, so they asked for his name, he gave it, X was the first to recognize that name, and he explained who Zane was to the rest. All the Legends (even X) were shocked that Zane was alive, so he gave a fake explanation on how he survived, (that i won't bother to explain, you come up with it) they asked him to join, he accepted, and all the while the Legends had no clue that Zane was working for Slim. (and that wraps up chapter 3 everyone, but now i am almost tempted to write 2 more chapters instead of 1 more, 1 to explain his time with the 7 legends, and the other, to explain how he lives outside of the legends and slim, and how complicated his mind has become with that chip in his brain, so tell me, should i write just 1 of those chapters, or both, and if i should only write 1, then which 1 should i write)

Zane's mind went crazy after Slim activated that chip, because it split his mind into two separate parts, one that would risk his life to save Slim, and the other, that knew what was right. Although the brainwashed part was in control of the body, the free part still struggled to regain control, but to no avail, as the brainwashing chip was so powerful, that Zane's free will could not win. But due to the two halves being locked in constant combat, outside of Zane's undercover work in the 7 Legends, and doing tasks for Slim, Zane would often go to that secluded island off the coast of Bravo Beach to think and center his mind, to him, it was a place where he belonged. The brainwashed half of Zane's mind would think about how even though the 7 Legends were his enemy, he felt sort of, attached to them. ok, so after many delays, here is Chapter 5: Time with the Legends

Zane had been working undercover with the 7 Legends for a few months, and they didn't suspect a thing, and even though they were his enemies, the brainwashed half of Zane's mind almost felt a little like they were his friends. While he was helping the Legends Zane was always very careful in examining how they fought in battle, and while he and the Legends were at HQ, Zane tried to gain access to they're computer system, fortunatly for the side of good, he could not access the secure files, but any information that he could get, he always gave it directly to Slim. Unfortunatly for the brainwashed half of Zane's mind, the free part still had some influence over the body, which alowed him to keep the brainwashed part from "accidentally" killing the Legends in battle. Over time the Legends were able to advance and make victories for the side of good, but if not for Zane's slight sabotage, they may have beaten Slim by then.

so that ends chapter 5 everyone, i'm still debating to write the next chapter, because i will need to make a major rewrite to the 7 legends ending in order to write it, but if i do write it, then it will have the free part of zane's mind put his plan into action, so please tell me, do you want to read that, because i am close to my decision, and now i want your input everyone, but if i write it, then it will either be split into 2 parts, and the 2nd part will be written at an unprecidented time, or i could make it into 1 fairly longer chapter, so should i write it, and if i do, how do you want to read it

ok, after some delay, here's Chapter 6: Victory Part 1: (i know the name sounds weird, but it's the best name i could come up with)

After Slim thought he had gotten enough information on the Legends, he figured it was time to strike, and so he told Zane that tommorow, he should go to their HQ, and set it to self destruct, and the free part of Zane's mind knew that now was the time to put his plan into action. When Zane went to the island in Bravo Beach to think, that was when Zane would enact his plan, and even though it went against his code of honor, he knew it was the only way, for the free part and the brainwashed part had made a truce, that when they were there, they would not fight each other, but the free half needed to break this truce if he were to regain control of his body, so when they were there, he took control, and started for the 7 Legends HQ. When they arrived the brainwashed half "woke up" and noticed what was going on, so he tried to regain control, but the free half was able to maintain control, and when he saw Hom guarding the entrance, (a job he really hates doing) Zane barely managed to make it to him and tried to tell him the truth, and then when he finished, the body fainted, leaving Hom to bring him inside.

so that's chapter 6 people, a cliffhanger right? and this could be 3 parts to avoid the the next part being too long, but anyway, i chose very carefully between whether or not to stop it here, or keep going, but this cliffhanger was better than going a bit further, so in few days or so, but don't hold me to that, the next part of Victory shall be written, and also i actually rather than making most of this up on the fly, i pre-thought it out, so i could've wrote this a bit earlier, but forgot, so look forward to the next part soon

because this is the day of my 1000th post, as a treat i've decided to write this early, so here's chapter 7: Victory Part 2:

After Hom brought Zane in, he explained to the other Legends what Zane told him, at first they thought it was one of his stupid jokes, but they could tell from the look in his eye that he wasn't kidding. They put Zane on an examination table and found that he really was a cyborg, and examined his body, and they found the chip, most of the 7 Legends didn't know much sciency stuff, but fortunatly Oliver did, and through thorough examination of the chip he found exactly what it was doing, so he tried to bring Zane around, but when he did the brainwashed half was still in control and tried to break free. While Zane tried to break off from the shackles Oliver attempted to give the free part control, and he was fortunatly able to succeed, after the Legends explained what was going on, Zane told them the whole truth, and Oliver asked if it was possible to remove the chip, Zane said that it was, but unfortunatly, it was nearly impossible, but with Oliver's science skills, he knew he could do it, but then Zane said that his final assignment was to set the HQ to self destruct and that afterwards, Slim would march an army down to destroy the Legends if they escaped, so then they asked when the army would arrive, and Zane said it would arrive by midday tommorow. And the Legends figured that while Oliver worked on removing the chip, the rest of them would prepare for the battle.

so that's chapter 7 everyone, the final part shall be written in the coming days, and then maybe an epilouge, not sure about the epilouge, depends on how i choose to end the story, but that's a pretty good cliffhanger eh? i was careful with that 1, so tell me how you think this ending is going so far

after a pretty long wait, here is the epic conclusion to my backstory, Chapter 8: Victory Part 3:

It had been a few hours and the sun was begining to set, The 7 Legends worked to place a barrier around their HQ, and scrounge up any weaponry they could find, and Oliver worked tirelessly to remove the chip from Zane's brain without killing him. As the moon began to rise, everyone knew that they would need rest for the coming battle, and so they went to bed, when morning came and Slim had gotten no word from Zane, he began to suspect that the Legends had learned of Zane's working for him somehow, so he decided to push up the time of the attack. When the Legends and Zane rose from their rest, they immedietly got back to work, after about two hours of work, everyone began to hear Slim's army approach, then they all started to panic, but quickly settled back down and began to quickly finish their preparation, Oliver was close to removing the chip, so X and the other warriors decided to do a preemptive strike to buy Oliver more time. They had a tough time fighting, and they knew they wouldn't survive without some backup, after a while, they were exhausted and tired, but they succeeded in buying Oliver time, just then, Zane and Oliver rushed out of the entrance to their HQ. Oliver hauled the warriors back inside while Zane covered him, and once they were inside the fortified headquarters, Oliver said that he succeeded in giving Zane back full contol of his body, but he needed to keep the chip inside his brain to avoid damaging it, so he modified the chip to remove the brainwashing effect. With Zane free and the Legends recovered, they fought Slim's army and eventually defeated it, then Slim began to flee, knowing full well that he was no match for all of them. The 7 Legends and Zane chased Slim all the way to Monkey Mountain, and when they reached the top of the volcano, Slim knew he was cornered, and then he tried to plee with them to allow him to live, but then X cuts him saying, "You betrayed us, and all of humanity, you made Zane your Slave, you even tried to kill us, and now you just expect us to forget about it, and let you off the hook" then Slim just says, "uh, yes" and Zane walks up to him and says, "not likely" and pushes him into the volcano shouting, "BURN BABY!" then as Slim sinks into the lava, everyone just stares down at him, and walks away.

so that's the epic conclusion to my backstory, was it not awesome, anyway, i'm thinking about writing an epilouge now, do you all want me to write that, or are you fine with how it ended, because i feel pretty good about it, so just tell me how you liked it, i put some real thought into writing this, and this was just supposed to be a simple 2 chapter backstory, but then it turned into this huge story, this may have taken a while to finish, but it was fun to do, so anyway, just tell me how you feel about this

With Slim dead,

Zane was finally free.
But everyone he knew from his old life was gone, either from old age, or from fighting in the war.

He was sad, and angry that he alone had survived up until this point, even though the 7 Legends were his friends, his life still felt empty.
He took out his rage by killing any of the remaining fusion monsters still running around.

One day while wandering through City Point, a female hero, about 16 or 17 had seen him. She could tell that something was wrong with him so she approached him and asked if something was wrong.
Zane just kept walking, then she grabbed him by the arm and said, "Please, i want to help, so is anything wrong."

Zane turned around and said,
"It's none of your business." and kept walking.

The girl said as Zane walked away,
"Well can I least have your name."

"It's Zane Sunboskov, now leave me alone."

The girl was surprised at his last name, and ran up to him and said,

"Well my name is Alice Sunboskov."

Zane was shocked, he remembered that before his mother died, that when he was about 7 or 8 years old, she had a daughter named Alice.
Unfortunatly, the two were separated when their mother passed away, as she was only an infant at the time.
Zane then turned around to face Alice and said,
"Your...my sister."

They were both surprised, but Alice was surprised more, because just then, Zane, the guy she found was a bitter, cold hearted person, gave her a big hug, and said,
"I've been alone for so long, it's nice to finally have a living relative."

Zane was still in his battle armor at the time, so Alice did not know that he was a cyborg. Just then, a bunch of Dynamite Rats showed up so Zane turned his arm into the small arm cannon, and wasted them. Alice was very confused, and then Zane took off the battle armor, revealing that the armored legs were attached to his body, showing the circuits on his body, and revealing the hideous eye piece on his face.
Alice was a bit stunned at that.
Zane then said, "It's true, I am a cyborg."

Alice asked, "But...how?"

Zane then told her the whole story, about growing up on the streets, about fighting Fuse, about being revived and brainwashed, about everything.
After the story, Alice was surprised at the it, but she understood, and so the two traveled the world together, and for the first time since being turned into a cyborg, Zane was finally happy.

X then says, "And that is the story of Zane Sunboskov, Son."

X's son then asks, "But will Slim ever return, dad?"

X then says, "No, we won't ever have to worry about Slim again, now goodnight."

X's son says, "Goodnight dad.". and suddenly, the spirits of the original 7 Legends appear and say in unison, "But Slim will return, boy."

hey, don't beat yourself up, i'm sure your's is fine, just let your imagination loose, write what you want, no matter how dark or beautiful it is, just write what you feel you want to write, i actually wrote most of this story on the fly, no planning ahead, i just wrote it as the ideas came
